Before Bounce Kit I could barely do a 1-hander. After completing it, I gained 4.5 to 5 inches and I was able to do windmills, reverse pumps and I was getting really high on my 1-handers. I was also able to easily dunk off two feet which I could never do before. It's a great program, I 120,000% recommend it!”
